Rates include the exclusive use of the house and grounds, including swimming pool (open from 2nd
Saturday of May to 3rd Saturday of October) for the agreed upon rental period. The owner or the
owner's agents may enter the property for maintenance of house, pool, gardens etc. as necessary.
A discount of 5% of total rental cost will be applied for 2 or more consecutive weeks.
Special rates for "long weekends" are available in low season. Arrival and departure dates can be agreed upon with owners. The full amount is due at booking.
The price or rental includes gas, water, electricity (up to 300Kw x h), wood for fireplaces (see restrictions),
bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, and pool towels, soaps and detergents. It also includes final cleaning, 1 midweek
cleaning on Wednesdays, use of all appliances and equipment. Additional or daily maid service is available upon request.
The price does not include heating or telephone calls. Costs for heat and telephone use must be paid
on location in cash before departure.
